About Us

The story behind My Practice

We started with a clear purpose to help business owners and leaders become the kind of people others want to work with, learn from, and follow. After years of consulting and counselling, we kept seeing the same thing – leaders feeling overwhelmed, mentally exhausted, and worn out. Their businesses weren’t serving them; they were trapped serving the business.

What we noticed was simple but often ignored. Most leaders are strong on strategy but underprepared when it comes to psychology. Yet everything begins in the mind – how leaders think, decide, relate, and recover. Without that, even the best business model will fall short.

My Practice Business Leaders was created to make leadership better. We focus on emotional strength, clear work-life boundaries, and how teams work together, all based on real psychology. We help leaders guide people, not just manage tasks, with more confidence, skill, and purpose.

Strong leadership begins with integrity, the ability to inspire, and a commitment to those you influence. We exist to support the people others depend on. When a leader grows, everyone around them benefits.

Where personal clarity meets business growth

At My Practice, everything we do is grounded in our Alignment Cycle — a framework built for business leaders who want to lead with purpose, not pressure.

This cycle brings together four key pillars: Emotional Resilience, Sustainable Leadership, Work-Life Integration, and Culture & Wellness. It’s designed to help leaders align their internal clarity with external impact, starting from the inside out. Whether we’re working one-on-one or with your entire team, this cycle ensures our support is strategic, personal, and built to last.
